Easy Everyday Makeup Tutorial For Beginners Applying makeup may be done in a variety of ways, and each individual may have a distinct sequence for applying it. I wanted to walk you through my makeup application process step-by-step. I hope this will be useful to you whether you're new to cosmetics and want to learn the fundamentals or you're an expert and want to test out new items!
Additionally, it's worth noting that Sephora is now hosting their Spring Beauty Insider discount!Rouge members get 20% off; insiders receive 10% off with code SPRINGSAVE; VIB receives 15% off. Sephora sells most of the items I use in my makeup and beauty regimen. I'll list the exact things below.
Easy Everyday Makeup Tutorial For Beginners
Step 1: Add tan drops and moisturize.
My makeup regimen starts with moisturizing. Hydrating both before and after your daily skincare regimen is one of the greatest methods to prevent the "cakey" makeup appearance, which is something we all want to avoid. In this stage, I'll also add two drops of Tan Lux Self-Tan to the moisturizer, mix it, then apply it all over my face to give it a little color and a natural tan. Every other day, I do this. I use the moisturizer alone on the days that I don't mix in the tanning drops.

Step 2: Smooth Canvas Primer
Next, before applying any makeup, be sure to use a primer. The Tula facial filter primer is fantastic. It facilitates the smooth application of concealer, foundation, and other cosmetics. You may use my coupon, "JAIMES," to get 20% off your Tula purchase. If you need suggestions for further Tula products, I have included a few of their other items into my daily skincare regimen.
Step 3: The Flawless Hollywood Filter
I adore this product! You get such a lovely shine from it. I use this brush to blend after applying a few streaks on my cheeks and forehead.
Step 4: Apply the foundation
I sometimes use concealer instead of foundation, depending on the day and the situation. I discovered this fantastic foundation stick for the days when I do. "Warm beige" is the tint I use. I use a moist beauty blender to dab all over my face after swiping it over my nose, chin, cheeks, and forehead.

Step 5: Under-eye concealer
In "Swan," I apply the Too Faced Born This Way Concealer.I use a little amount beneath my eyes, and it really makes a big difference. Make sure this step isn't missed since concealer may be the most obvious when it's not completely blended in. Because of its thinner end, which is useful for getting to those tiny spots close to the bridge of your nose, I like to use the beauty blender sponge.
Step 6: Set Concealer & Avoid Creasing with Pressed Powder
In order to keep my concealer from creasing, this step is crucial. To set the concealer, I delicately press it beneath my eyes after tapping the moist beauty blender sponge into the setting powder. I'll always dab a little bit on my cheeks as well. Medium #2 is what I use.
Step 7: Bronzer
Bronzer comes next. I've been using the NARS "Laguna" hue for ages, and I adore it. I use it all over my face, but be careful to integrate it through your neck as well. I seldom ever apply makeup on my neck other than this one. If I want to draw extra attention to my cheeks, I apply the bronzer using the brush's smaller side in addition to putting it all over.
Step 8: Face Illuminator & Blush
Compared to the previous phases, this one is more discretionary for me. When I do use blush, I apply Hourglass Lighting Blush to my cheeks using "mood exposure." I then add Laura Mercier Face Illuminator in the shade "indiscretion" if I want even more shine. I apply a tiny amount to my nose, cheeks, and forehead using the smaller end of my makeup brush.
Step 9: My Favorite Matte Lipcolor of All Time
If you are familiar with this place, you are aware that my go-to lipstick every day is MAC Matte. "Burnt Spice" is the hue I use. It lasts all day and doesn't dry.

Steps 10 and 11: Applying Eye Liner
Although I am a team after face makeup, I am aware that some individuals like to apply their eye makeup first. For now, I'll share my eyeshadow palette and my favorite cream shadow stick before I perform an updated eye makeup lesson.
My lashes have looked fantastic thanks to this Too Faced mascara till I can get my lash extensions back. These days, it's the only thing that gives them a respectable appearance. Strongly recommended!
That's it! Although there seem to be many procedures, the application passes pretty quickly if you get into a rhythm. If you have any questions or would want to share any cosmetics tricks or suggestions, please let me know!
